2. Course Enrolment
Workshop Entry Requirements

Eligibility to Attend: The workshop is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

A minimum Level 2 fitness qualification or equivalent is required to attend.

Targeted at those looking to enhance their expertise in sports-specific training.

Certification Requirements

Prerequisites: Participants must hold a Level 3 Personal Trainer (PT) qualification or a recognised certification.

Certification Criteria: To obtain certification upon completing the workshop, participants must satisfy the following requirements:

Full attendance at all sessions.
-
Successful completion of all practical and theoretical assessments.
-
Adherence to the code of conduct and course guidelines.

Registration Process

Online Booking: Participants must book the workshop through the online booking system.

Registration Form: After booking, participants will receive a registration form and a payment link via email.

Payment and Confirmation: Enrolment is confirmed once the registration form is completed and the payment is processed. A confirmation email will be sent to the participant to finalise the enrolment.
3. Payment and Refunds

Payment Deadlines: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all course fees must be paid in full prior to the start date.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made more than 10 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund.

If MPE cancels a course, a full refund will be provided.

Payment Plans: Payment plans may be available. These must be agreed upon with the course organiser in advanceand adhered to as outlined in the agreement.
4. Attendance and Participation

Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all sessions. Missed sessions may impact certification eligibility.

Punctuality: Arriving on time is essential to ensure the smooth running of the course.

Engagement: Active participation is encouraged, and participants should complete all required coursework and practical assignments.
5. Code of Conduct

Professional Behaviour: Participants must behave respectfully towards tutors, venue staff, and fellow participants.

Health and Safety: All participants must adhere to health and safety guidelines provided during the course.

Prohibited Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without a refund.
6. Certification

Requirements: Certificates of completion will be awarded to participants who meet the following criteria:

Full attendance (or as specified in the course description).

Satisfactory performance in assessments and practical evaluations.

Compliance with the course code of conduct.

8. Changes to Courses
Movement and Performance Education reserves the right to change course content, schedules, or instructors when necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
9. Liability

Disclaimer: Movement and Performance Education is not responsible for injuries or losses incurred during course participation unless caused by negligence on our part.

Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage for practical training sessions.
10. Complaints Procedure

Submitting a Complaint: Participants can email Mesut Olcas with any concerns or complaints. All complaints will be treated seriously and confidentially.

Resolution: Mesut Olcas will aim to resolve complaints promptly by acknowledging them within 5 working days and providing a resolution or response within ten working days.

Escalation: If the complaint cannot be resolved immediately or requires further investigation, participants will be informed of the following steps and an updated timeline for resolution.
Confidentiality

MPE will ensure that all complaints are handled confidentially, with information shared only on a need-to-know basis to resolve the issue.
Preventing Whistleblowing

MPE encourages open communication to resolve concerns early, reducing the need for whistleblowing: clear procedures and a commitment to fairness foster trust and transparency.
Improvement Measures

Suppose any part of a complaint is upheld. In that case, MPE will take corrective action to address the issue and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences.
