Eligibility Attend
This workshop is open to fitness professionals who hold a minimum Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
It is ideal for those looking to develop a deeper understanding of performance-based training, biomechanics, and applied coaching methods.
Certification Requirements
To be eligible for certification, participants must:

Hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent)

Attend the whole workshop series

Take part in the final integrated performance session on Day 8
Assessment Overview (Final Session)
On Day 8, learners will be assessed informally during a practical training session. Each participant must demonstrate:
Technical Competency

Perform key movements (e.g. Olympic lifts, plyometric drills) with control and intent

Deliver a safe and effective warm-up using the RAMP protocol
Coaching Skills

Coach a partner using clear cues and effective communication

Provide appropriate feedback and corrections
Verbal Knowledge

Answer informal tutor questions on topics such as technique, energy systems, and biomechanics
Professional Engagement

Participate actively and safely
-
Show willingness to coach, be coached, and apply feedback
Successful completion of all components will result in a Certificate of Completion.
